—Advance Staging. Have a vacant property or want to tailor your space to appeal to the most buyers? We can help! We will work with local furniture rental companies to select distinct pieces. Fees range based on hours of time to design spaces and furniture used on a monthly rate.

—Design Eye. Not considering selling, but want to spruce up your space? Are you a developer looking to appeal to the most buyers out there? We can help you to see where things could be more interesting or where to spend your money to get the most return aesthetically and financially. With over 18 years of interior decorating expertise, for a fee we can assist you every step of the way.
